Museum of Illusions® Atlanta

We had such an amazing experience when we were in town for a wedding. Visiting this place ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. My kids had a blast, my husband enjoyed it, and seeing them all so happy made it even better for me. I loved it too — it was a great time for our whole family.

The ticket cost was definitely worth it. Honestly, the price doesn’t matter when the people you love are having fun and creating good memories. We’re from Houston, but we walked there even though it was freezing, and I actually loved the cold because it reminded me of Chicago.

If you buy your ticket online, it’s actually better because you don’t have to pay tax, and the guy who helped us there was really nice. The only thing I found a little strange was that, once we went inside, most people didn’t have stamps on their hands. It felt like we were the only ones with stamps, but who knows — maybe they had already paid too.

I had an amazing time. Jabari, Tomi & Femi were so helpful. They took our pictures and checked on us throughout our time. I'm definitely coming back!

Great place to visit with kids. Lots of great photo opportunities and the staff there was super helpful. My kids are 8 and 11 and they loved it. For some exhibits it takes a minute to figure out where to stand but there are stickers on the floor to guide you. I would definitely read the descriptions and look at the suggested poses before each room/ exhibit as it helps you get the most out of it. Lots of great optical illusions. The day we went it was really humid inside, even though it was nice and cool outside. We were here at the end of November, so just something to consider, wear layers. Overall I'd highly recommend.
